• All purchased are strictly non-refundable in cash, only online store credit will be issued for returns. 
  • Returns are treated case by case. Please ensure that you have checked the measurements stated in the item description before purchasing the item (especially free sized item). Statementmuse reserves the right to reject any request for exchange if returned items do not meet our criteria.
  • All exchanges must be made within 7 days from the date of receipt.
  • We will not accept the return of the item, if the duration has expired.
  • For defective item(s), please email Statementmuse with a photo of the defects  at and our staff will get back to you regarding the procedure of returns within 1-2 working days.
  • Below are some of the pointers that are not eligible for returns:
    • Orders made with promotional codes or store credits.
    • If the defects are caused by deliberate damage in order to make item eligible for exchange, Statementmuse will reject the item for returns. Additional mailing fees will be charged to mail the item back to you. You will have to borne the extra charges.
    • Slight colour difference can be caused by studio lighting and different variances on individual's monitor. Variances in colour will not be considered as defects.
    • Minor defects such as loose threads, scratches or slight stains which are unobvious under normal lighting, slight assymetry, slight misalignment of seams, dropping of buttons which can be sewn on, or any reason that are similar in effect. In general, 'defects' that do not affect the general outlook of the apparels when worn will not be considered as defects and hence, are not eligible for exchange/refund.
    • Defects which are caused/appear after washing and handling by the customer.
    • Discrepancy of measurements between 0.5 – 1″ in our given measurements shall not be considered a defect.
    • For printed items, the placement of prints bound to differ for every piece due to cut of fabric. Thus, this is not considered as defects.
  • All return items must be in their original condition, unworn and unwashed in order to be acknowledged.
  • Shipping and handling charges are not refundable under all circumstances.
  • Sale items are not exchangeable nor refundable. 
  • Products from Accessories category (Sunglasses, Spectacles, Necklaces, Bracelets), are not exchangeable nor refundable, due to hygiene reasons.
  • Upon receiving the returned items, our team will inspect and get back to you within 7-10 working days.
  • Orders that are fully offset by a discount code, are not exchangeable or refundable.
  • Orders that are partially offset by a discount code, Statementmuse will issue a store credit for amount that is paid in cash. 
  • No further returns will be allowed after the first return.
The terms and conditions apply to all shoppers on Statementmuse, you are deemed to have acknowledged, understood, and agreed to the terms as stated above. 


Online Store Credit
  • Statementmuse will issue an online store credit to shoppers, in the form of discount code, after returned items have been approved from the inspection.
  • All online store credit will be valid for 90 days from the issuance date.
  • The code given for the online store credit is to be keyed in at the checkout page.
